Rafting Trips
Experience a North West River Expeditions (NWRE) whitewater vacation on this pristine wilderness river. We begin at the end of the Salmon River Road (Corn Creek Campground) and proceed directly into the 80.9-mile long “River of No Return” Wilderness. In order to traverse the canyon, one must either float all the way through to the road’s end at the western edge of Idaho, fly out from secluded airstrips, or jet boat back up to corn creek.
Whitewater rafting the wilderness on the Main Salmon River is a great adventure through one of our nation’s last “truly wild” wilderness areas. A controlled season is managed on this river to preserve this beautiful wilderness experience. We already have the permits for your rafting vacation — and are ready to go! During the Forest Service controlled season, we are restricted to these launch dates:
June 24 – July 2, 10, 18, 26 – August 3, 11, 19, 27 – September 4.
Prior to June 20 or after September 1, trips can be scheduled any time.

Camping Trips
Do you like to camp? Listening to the sounds of the river outside your tent, sitting around a campfire at night, gazing at a million stars overhead before crawling into a cozy sleeping bag. Then this is the trip for you!
We stay at a different reserved campsite every night while on the river, we cook world class Dutch oven cuisine, provide tents, sleeping bags, thick sleeping pads, waterproof bags, beach chairs and inflatable kayaks for your whitewater rafting trip at no additional cost. This is Idaho whitewater adventure rafting and wilderness fishing at its best.

Lodge Trips
We can provide a wilderness lodge vacation trip for your comfort! There are multiple lodges located along the Main Salmon that would love to accommodate you and your group. Enjoy a day of whitewater wilderness rafting and or fishing the beautiful Salmon River. Then spend each night in a rustic wilderness lodge with hot running water and a home cooked meal then crawl into a warm and cozy bed in an authentic log cabin lodge each night! Enjoy a hot and fresh breakfast in the morning before heading down to the next lodge! (Inquire about a trip and they can include a jet boat return or air taxi service)

4 day Wilderness Jet-back, Early July $1,800 per person (6 person minimum)
5 day rafting/camping trip $1,900.00 per person
6 day rafting/camping trip $2,000.00 per person
